Than with a Saturday that is warm enough to throw open all of the windows in the house and warm enough to get everyone out in the wet sandbox for awhile? And then I shook my head a little and flipped on the AC upstairs because it was too warm.
And then the maniacs started picking me flowers. But I had to halt that when they started dragging them out of the ground root and all.
Really it was warm enough to just go ahead and take your pants off. And then Nicholas decided to one-up his brother and took his pants and shirt off. And they ran around and got fresh air and sand everywhere and loved it for at least an hour without a huge drama.
And then grandma and grandpa stopped by for dinner on Saturday on their way home from their wander-across-the-entire-South-holiday-travels. And Elaine practiced conversing after dinner around the table for a little while.
And then we made the traditional National Guard weekend disaster in the house.
And Ben just really didn't want to wear pants this weekend even though the cool weather came back on Sunday. And off we go, screaming into the New Year ready for the next adventures.
The Saturday Outing?
The Saturday Outing?
Target of course. Always Target on National Guard weekend.

Obviously you need a category for no pants.
Obviously. But it seemed like such obvious thievery to steal it from the Dukes.
That's when I also add the "totally copying" label. I've used it many a time when I steal your ideas!
No pants on Saturday and snow suits today! Well, guys, you live in the south.
But it was good to see that you all were enjoying the outdoors Saturday. Where were the girls when all this was going on?
It looks as if Elaine is really explaining the goings on in the house to Grandpa and he appears to be hanging on her every word:) Great pic, Mom!
We await your Target adventure.
