The Great Theological Debate

Nicholas: God made that race car.
Ben: Oh, here we go again. God did not make that race car. He made the imagination in the people to build the race car.
Nicholas: Yeah, but he also made the materials that make the race car. He made everything.
Ben: No! Men made that race car.
And on, and on, and on.

Uniforms

No one said we couldn't wear navy leggings as our navy pants. Crazy socks a must. Alida--every day.

Elaine--white shirt, khaki skirt, white tights--every day. Pink boots most.

The boys--put them in whatever, just don't make them make a decision.

Good Morning

Hard to believe, but this is waiting for the bus on a Friday morning. Yes, I drove them the block to the bus stop because I am now full Southern, and unable to wait in 32 degree weather with them for the bus.

Snow Day: Day 3

So when they asked if they could decorate their white T-shirts with permanent markers, it seemed like a great idea to me...

Snow Day: Day 2

There was actual snow.

And excitement took over. As Patric's flight for Wednesday was canceled; he worked from home; I prepared for travel of my own this week. And the children asked for food they then wouldn't eat.
