The Saturday Outing: Hey Why Don't You Guys Come Push My Kids Around the Zoo

So we started out all organized with Mark and Jen pushing all of these kids around the zoo while I kind of just hung around with a few diapers ready.

Then everyone wanted to spread out. This is the most organized they looked during their foot patrol.

See Alida, twins abound all over in nature. Our family is super normal.

Sweet Emily hung in there--AWAKE this time.

Elaine was quite impressed with the train ride.

I think Ben liked it too.

Alida was perhaps a bit skeptical.

But that all ended when we made it to the playground, which was the final stop that day, and the thing the boys asked to see the most often on the entire trip. It was fun this time to watch the girls really enjoy the trip and point at the animals and crawl all over the playground. We're getting closer and closer to that brave day that I get to venture somewhere other than Target with all four of them by myself.
Next up: Meeting the girl that stole our nanny.

A) I am so impressed with Jen's skill at balancing a Nicholas on her left knee while pushing girls in the stroller.

B) Alida is not buying the "normal" you're trying to sell.

C) Please, please, hire a videographer for the first non-Target solo outing. Please.

Yes, I am talented like that, Dukes.

We had a great time, Stubers. Maybe next time we can go to the bird exhibit where Emily and Alida can feed their feathered friends.
