Our friends the Dukes will be horrified by all of the preservatives that show up in that dish, which we affectionately call Jo's Salt Dish.... Sarah, just close your eyes, and Kristi just skip this post all together.
Jo's Hot Dish
1 can vegetarian vegetable soup 1 can chicken noodle soup 2 cans cream of mushroom soup small pkg. of chow mein noodles (save some for the top) 2 lbs. ground beef - browned.
Brown your hamburger, drain off excess grease, and mix the soup together in a large bowl. Mix in the chow mein noodles and the browned hamburger. Put into a greased casserole.
Bake 350 degrees for 45 min to an hour until heated through.

I accidentally opened my eyes and saw "mushroom" and I closed them tight again.
But it starts off so perfect! I feel a little dehydrated for some reason.
Good K you got through one ingredient before you shut down; Sarah you got through 2!
Thanks for the recipe, looks great, can't wait to taste it!
