The swing set can be seen from the street, which is apparently a no-no.
In addition, it has to be 10 feet away from the fence.
So, you know, just apply, plot your swing set on a survey of the property, and then get some hunky men over here to move the thing. Then plant a tree to cover it up.
Or sell it.

Oh for Pete's sake! They couldn't have dropped by a pamphlet with the covenants when you moved in? Or stopped by when they saw the set going up shortly after?! Geez.
