Nicholas took off into the crowd when we arrived.
Benjamin held back and held on to our hands until we got him to his room.
His question, "Where do I put my backpack, mom?"
I don't know. But we'll figure it out together.
And the remarkable to me part, the girls were very nervous to not have their brothers there with them this morning and didn't want me to leave.

This just cannot be possible!
I know we just saw the boys...but they look so much more grown up on their first day of school. Did it make you just a little weepy?
I didn't think about this...but it WAS an equally big day for the girls being away from their brothers-one of the first days of independence.
Too cute about the girls and those boys look like they're 7, stop the clock!!!
It seems the favorite thus far is the science room--baby lobsters, gerbils, and other such things--that Nicholas described during his visit. Ben's class hasn't hit it yet and now has something to anxiously await.
I'm way behind on looking at the blog. I can't believe how big ALL of the kids are. Loving catching up on all "the Stuber news." I hope the boys are enjoying kindergarden and the girls are enjoying their newfound independence :)
